I don’t see much that is different from her current administration.Read it, and find out for yourself.
-- A2SG, it's out there for that very reason....
Okay then. Feel free not to vote for her, in that case.I don’t see much that is different from her current administration.
So now you are going to change directions once more. There’s definitely a pattern here.Okay then. Feel free not to vote for her, in that case.
-- A2SG, other people may come to a different conclusion, though....
Hey, you said you didn't see a difference. If you can't, or won't, see it, I doubt I can show it to you any better than Kamala Harris can herself. So now you are going to change directions once more. There’s definitely a pattern here.
Hello. Do you know what Heritage even is?
They are a conservative think tank who's been working on the conservative side since before Reagan took office.
What they do in order to make presidental transitions easier by providing a list, for instance, of potential conservative supreme court justices, a list of potential lower and higher level employees who have administrative experience who could slide in without much training etc.
They also give suggestions for potential policies that conservatives might like, and such..
But as with all lists of potential employees, and potential policies, you can choose to use some or none.
I believe Heritage was doing handstands because Donald Trump used 64% of their suggestions with 1 economic policy he created - that's their claim to most recent fame, he used almost 2/3 of a single policy suggestion they made.
Yea...
So for the transition will Trump be getting lists of potential Federal Judges and employees and a copy of their 9,000 page document for Trump to either peruse or dismiss at will?
Yes...
But Trump, independent of their help, has his own Agenda that he has published on his website months and months ago and it's not written by Heritage and has nothing to do with them or with their projects.
If there's some economic policy of Trump's that he may want to implement, if they wrote about some economic policy suggestions Trump might see if their suggestions are appropriate and he might use some of their suggestions in economic policy, 10%< 5%< whatever is appropriate to the moment.
But project 2025 from Heritage literally has nothing to do with Trump and is a think tank. They don't write any policy for any candidate.. they suggest and candidates themselves decide whether or not to listen to anything.
But I won't take this topic any further off topic .. I'm treating people like adults capable of rational thoughts only, not sparking off a debate.
I simply found it utterly disingenuous for Kamala Harris to engage in election interference by lying to the American public.
If she will lie this brazenly about her opponent, what kind of lies does she tell we don't know about?
So you can’t point out a difference?Hey, you said you didn't see a difference. If you can't, or won't, see it, I doubt I can show it to you any better than Kamala Harris can herself.
-- A2SG, and I'm not invested in who you vote for enough to even try....
I'm sure I could. Would my doing so change your mind at all?So you can’t point out a difference?
I see. So you only post when you think you can change someone’s mind.I'm sure I could. Would my doing so change your mind at all?
-- A2SG, and since I'm not interested in doing that, I don't see much point....
Not at all. I post to offer my opinion, and discuss issues. I never try to change anyone's mind. I simply put forth whatever arguments I have, and let the chips fall where they may. If minds are changed, it's thanks to the argument, not me.I see. So you only post when you think you can change someone’s mind.
Not going anywhere, dude.It sure was fun having you on CF. Don’t suppose we’ll be seeing you around anymore.
You said you could point out a difference but you wouldn’t because it wouldn’t change my mind. That would be the point in doing so.Not at all. I post to offer my opinion, and discuss issues. -- A2SG, but nice try, though....
I suspect changing your mind would be a nonstarter anyway, so I doubt there is any argument or piece of information I could offer that would suffice. You said you could point out a difference but you wouldn’t because it wouldn’t change my mind. That would be the point in doing so.
Yup.You do realize I can see all of your posts, right?
I made the point I intended to make. Apologies if it wasn't the one you wanted me to make.So for the last few pages you’ve posted a lot of reasons why they used that phrase, largely due to leadership, and when you finally stated that there were differences, you’ve bailed out.
No excuses from this end. I'll just wish you a good day.I get it. I’ll leave you to your final and inevitable excuse.
