Please help me out. I want to make five different 5 x 9-inch loaves of quick breads. Do you have a favorite? I sure would love to have your recipe (all are welcome with the exception of banana bread which I already have). THANKS!

Best Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan.

Ingredients:
4 very ripe bananas (preferably frozen, then thawed in the microwave)
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups flour

Mash the bananas (I use a potato masher-it works great)
Stir in melted butter

Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla.

Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, mix.

Add the flour...1/2 cup at a time. Pour mixture into loaf pan, sprinkle cinnamon on the top, then put it in the oven!

Cook for 1 hour.

God Bless
