The lady might have represented your church, or another fellowship. The child could have been a ministry or mission that the church sponsored. In your dream, it was the end of an era. A somber closing of that support.
Not many honored the child/ministry/project as much as they deserved.
You were on foot, independently going where you wanted, but made a choice to join a track with others, planning to ride on a public bus with someone else in control of the wheel. Choosing convenience, teamwork over independent path.
You were returning to the event, as though you'd neglected it temporarily.
Vomiting blood is distressing and shocking. Vomit is a response to get rid of toxins and germs within the body... things that will destroy it. Maybe this relates to corrosive forces within your fellowship? Dangerous teachings or harmful experiences, unethical behaviors?
Blood is a life force, a necessary liquid that carries nutrients in, and carries toxins away from the central organs. If we lose this fluid system, we die. Losing blood is usually a sign of injury or inability to contain it properly.
Water has similar purposes, but is more universal... blood carries the body's DNA, and is like the core of the person... where water can come from the outside, and more easily be flushed out and replaced.
What this might mean... oh my, I am guessing. The blood might be the core people of a church, expelled during a process of necessary cleansing. The water show the more expendable people of a church/organization/business, which are still important but less representative of the real heart of the organization.
Look for other parallels that might apply. You know the situation around you.
You wanted help, to improve in health, to know what to do during this shock. The person/group you thought you could trust, did not take your need seriously.
I would see this as a sister church, a branch office of a company, that only looked out for themselves in this situation.
Another entity stepped in with expertise, and helped you. Well, they told you what was wrong with you, anyway. She didn't fix you.
In comparison with the rest of the dream, it sounds like a situation where an outside ministry clarified some things for you about doctrine, like a guest speaker that nudged your congregation in a different direction.
Or an auditor that pointed out some clerical/intentional errors in company records.
With bronchitis, the lungs are so filled that the person can't breathe. What fills lungs, is the phlegm that draws the infection out of the body. The reaction to invasion/infection is so strong, that the body can barely hold up under its response. The method of healing becomes part of the problem.
Afterwards I went to see my brother but the wedding was over, I was so bored I missed it and I expained to him what had happened.
Too late to be involved in the opportunity/movement, taken out of the inner circle because of your other obligations.
I don't have a clear idea that this is necessarily about religious groups, but when people dream of churches, it often is a good steering in that direction.
