I'm not entirely sure how to respond to this. We know that Christ ascended bodily into Heaven, and at that time, we know that His glorified body carried some of the marks that were left from the crucifixtion (nail marks in His hands, and the spear thrust in His side). But the only two descriptions of Christ that I can find after His Ascension don't make any mention of those marks. The only two descriptions that I know of would be Stephens vision of Christ right before his stoning (Acts 7:55-56) and John's Vision of Christ at the beginning of the Revelation (Revelation 1:13-16). At the time between the Resurrection and the Ascension, I think the marks were there to help the disciples believe it was really Christ they beheld. As to now I don't know whether or not they would still need to be there, and theres not really any Scripture to speak on this particular matter. My guess would be that they still are, but until we actually find out for ourselves, I don't think theres anyway to know for sure.

(Rev 5:6) And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

Jesus looks as a slain lamb, so to answer your question, no, I don't believe he has scars, I believe he still has open wounds.
