Does anyone see anything apostate about this church?

The Grail Movement is an informal union of people who wish to live their lives by the Principles of In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message, by Abd-ru-shin. The Grail Movement is represented in many countries.
The organization of the Grail Movement is limited to a minimum. There is no membership, and there is no attempt at solicitation. There are no ties entailing obligations either between adherents of In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message, or with regard to the Movement. Supporting the establishment of hours of joint worship for the veneration of God is an important task of the Grail Movement. It also contributes to the development of true humanity on the basis of the Message of Christ and of the Grail Message.

Does your church provide a genuine connection between Creator and Creation, or is the same music and babble every week?

Avoid it. They embrace reincarnation http://www.grailmessage.com/ILT_Page.htm From this the resurrection is denied, Jesus said to Martha at the raising of Lazarus: "... I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die..." (see John 11:25-26). In fact read John 11:21-27 to be thorough. God bless. PS: immediate link for their general website & overview on reincarnation is the same but search their website & you will find reincarnation as an affirmed belief in their group.

I never heard of the Grail Message before, but don't let reincarnation be your disproof. I never bought the "just Heaven or Hell" lock-step, and consequently got baptized Roman Catholic in 1969. Soon afterward I saw the RC doctrine of Purgatory best confirmed by modern studies of reincarnation. From late 1969 to 1992 I believed in reincarnation as a completely orthodox RC--never found a priest who told me I couldn't believe in it. Not until, that is, I joined the Charismatic Renewal. They're committed to reject anything the occultists believe just because the occultists believe it. Only Fr. John Hampsch and Fr. Luke Zimmer objected to reincarnation.
I retained my belief in reincarnation as a more-orthodox-than-most Episcopalian 1992-2004. And I keep that belief as a relatively conservative ELCA Lutheran.
