The Roman Catholic practice of “Eucharistic Adoration” was never done in the EO Churches
If it actually constitutes “worship”, I’ll leave for someone more familiar with Roman Catholicism

I understand that Catholics worship the Eucharist. Do the Orthodox also do so?
We don’t separate the Body and Blood of Christ from the actual partaking of the Eucharist, the Thanksgiving to God and the grace received from it.

So....worship of the body and blood of Christ, or of the Eucharist, is at best confusing terminology if used. There is veneration and worship of Christ and thanksgiving for what He has done in the action of consuming His Body and Blood.

In the terms of Adoration of the Eucharist (in the form of the Roman Catholic Church) - we don’t have that or do that in the Orthodox Church.

There is reserved eucharist from Holy Thursday which is kept on the altar all year, which is the reason why we make the sign of the cross whenever we pass by an Orthodox Church. That too is consumed during Holy Week before Pascha (Easter)

I have read Orthodox critiques of western form of piety such as the sacred heart and the like which is similar in some fashion to Eucharist worship. We worship Jesus in his entirety not just part of Jesus which worshiping a part of Jesus can have a Nestorian like view where the sacred heart and the flesh of Christ is worshiped apart from His divine nature. I would think Eucharist worship would be in a similar vein where it is the Body and Blood of Christ but we don't focus solely on it just as we don't have a devotion to the sacred hair of Jesus or the fingers or toes of Jesus. We tend to have a more whole view when worshiping the Lord.
