Amen. It's not what we do that matters. It's WHO is "inside" us that matters, and that would be God's own precious Holy Spirit. And only those called by God should be "leaders" or anything else. The bottom line, is that only those indwelt by God's own Holy Spirit would be "called" by God in the first place.

The rest of us need to be praying about ANY decisions about leadership, including the leaders in the church deciding on a leader.

A leader should only be chosen after much prayer. It's GOD'S decision. Not "theirs" or "ours".
