I got this one from an online dream dictionary (secular):
Shark - To see a shark in your dream, represents a person whom you see as greedy and unscrupulous. This person goes after what he or she wants with no regards to the well-being and sensitivity of others. The shark may also be an aspect of your own personality which exhibit these qualities. Alternatively, you may be going through a difficult, painful, or unpleasant emotional period. The shark symbolizes feelings of anger, hostility, and fierceness.

Can someone interpret what sharks represent in dreams or visions?

Would you like to share your shark dream? The context of the dream is often a help in understanding the symbolism.

Can we have the dream? If God given there is a meaning but, its more complicated than that. One symbol can have more than one meaning depending on how it was used. Almost like a word. I can say a word and depending on how I say it to you it has a different meaning. A dream is a message and to give one word of the message doesn't help to see the whole picture.

Dreams from God are not things you can pick up a symbolism book and interpret like that. Exception here might be sometimes God might use popular idioms or such, or common symbols. But just as well He might put totally different meanings on things.

Our regular dreams are the same way.

(Not to be confusing.)

Hello everyone,

I had this unusual dream of me getting fishing and catching a small shark, so i took the shark out of the water just to see what was. when i saw it was a shark i put the fish back in the water. when i did that another bigger shark appeared in the water but it was not fully grown. so i tried to get the one that it was caught on the hook but when i pulled it out of the water was bigger. so i decided to put it back on the water then a massive enourmous shark appeared and i was standing in a small piece of white marmol piece shaped like a plank with a door next to it. so i felt scared of the shark and i pushed the door and jumped out of that place but while i was walking away i saw the big shark that jumped and ate the place where i was and half of a person that was next to me.

could someone help with this. i am really frustrated with this.

I will paste part of what I wrote in Antoni's thread:

A shark is obviously dangerous. But a shark usually attacks for very primal reason. It has a strong sense of smell and a big stomach. It is not shrewd, in the way we use the term for card sharks, etc. It operates on instincts and the need to eat.

Other things about sharks: they are strong and sleek. Simple and unfettered. They have very limited activity, almost as simple as a goldfish.

Sometimes they are found in groups, but mostly when they all smell the same food in the water. They will travel long distances for what they want, and not think about the outcome or damage of getting what they want.

Cold and emotionless. Dangerous because you can't negotiate with them.

They are fish and nothing else. You are looking at the slang word, not the natural one.
God created sharks, They live in the ocean, People eat them. sometimes they eat us.
We are the ones that abuse them. Not the other way around. No sharks in the ocean
will pay cards or give you loans. Nor will a wolf whistle at a cute girl.

I had a dream of being on a submarine and its name was Safeway and it was being attacked by 2 sharks and there was little bits of blood coming from there mouths and then they swam away
