Generally speaking dreams are symbolic not literal, so I wouldn't be pannicking about having cancer just yet.
Could be just a dream and nothing more or could be from the lord, you are in the best position to decide so pray about it and if the lord doesn't confirm then write it off.

Dreaming about cancer usually means there is some unforgiveness in your life that is eating away at you. Since its bone cancer, it probably means it runs quite deep.

None of us can really tell you what your dream means except by divine revelation, and even then it is subjective to our own humanity. What I'm saying is that I was just sharing some possible symbols that might help you in understanding what your dream means, if there is a meaning to be had from it other than it was just a dream. If I were you, I would take some time in PRAYER and in GOD'S WORD, seeking HIS FACE as to the meaning of your dream, if there is a meaning to be had from it.

And, sometimes we don't represent ourselves in our dreams, at least that is the case in a lot of my dreams where we are all actors like in a play and our roles are dependent upon the Biblical interpretation. The Lord can give you the best interpretation or he can give you peace that it was just a dream. All dreams don't have to have meaning.
