I'm watching season 3 of The Chosen, and there's this Roman investigator named Atticus Aemilius Pulcher, was he an actual Biblical figure? He was sent to gather information on the Zealots and witnessed Jesus throwing Simon's knife into the river, and witnessed the Sermon, so he's built up an interest in Jesus (on the show)

Purely fictional. There was a Patrican Atticus Aemilius Pulcher (97-49 BC) who was consul in 54BC.
