are the old pokemon cards worth anything?

I am pretty sure that they will be worth money in years to come, but not for a long time.

I have a mob of pokemon cards that I have put into storage. Yu-Gi-Oh cards as well. I think a while from now they will be worth a good amount of money. Holographic ones especially.

You could always still play with them! I got my start in gaming from pokemon cards(when I was 18, wierdly enough), then went on to Magic:TG, MageKnight and finally, Warhammer 40k.

Pokemon is a fun game still, just find some closet players in your area. If you live in Sacto, I'll even dig mine out and play ya'!

I'm honestly not sure how much Pokemon cards are worth. I've never collected them but my little brother used to collect them. I guess he has since outgrown them but I really don't know for sure. I am sure though if you have some old ones they'll be worth some money someday.

I think they will be worth quite a bit in the future. It might take a while, but they will be. Of course it doesn't really matter to me personally because i still collect them and i don't plan on selling them anytime soon.
