I previously listened to much of the audio book of Joel Greene's book, The Immunity Code. It was very nice because it explains a "probably controversial" theory that, claims most diets and health regimens are perhaps not affective long-term because all of the science that we have on each topic should be taken in account. For example, people might consider one thing good or bad, when it might have more to do with balance. The book gives a guide-map for understanding the body, and doing some things such as "tweaking" the gut by guiding the growth of certain bacteria through food to colonize the gut. The book so far seems to have more to do with understanding how the body (your body) works so you can manipulate food intake throughout your life (varies greatly in different scenarios, and it claims foods some people consider unhealthy can be healthy when taken with certain other things). The book seems to have coined the term "inflammaging".

This book seems to completely rework the understanding of food health, and seems to appreciate balance rather than avoidance or acceptance (on many levels from fasting to meal prep). It seemed more based on understanding the body than particular diets and regimens.

Joel Greene has been on the forefront of food health for some time, and his comprehension doesn't stop to amaze me.

Hope this helps :)

If you would like to review a few of Joel's ideas I suggest looking thoroughly into his instagram and perhaps trying a couple things - or even checking out his book which is available online.

I found the book through advertisement by a Christian author, named Joel Richardson who Joel (Greene) seemed ecstatic to be able to appear on (Richardson's show). I thought it was a great find, and a very interesting health book.

I have not fin is he'd reading nor have a strong opinion on the books complete validity but I do lean toward Greene's views

Here is an exert from the book website, "
"The immunity code presents an immune centric approach to aging and health, and how to slow it dramatically in easy, practical steps. It is a new paradigm, where immunity and aging are one. "
