Hmm. If an organization in (say) Illinois provides funding for a person to travel from Alabama to Illinois for a procedure that's legal in Illinois, does Alabama have grounds to prosecute?

Like drive somebody to another state to do something that's perfectly legal in that state.

Can you imagine the outcry if state AG's started prosecuting bus drivers for taking people to out of state casinos? That's akin to what this guy is proposing.
