Despite the claim that late-term abortions only happen due to medical emergencies or fetal abnormalities, a longtime abortionist is making headlines for offering to help a woman seeking an abortion at eight months because of a recent breakup.

Curtis Boyd, an 85-year-old abortionist who started performing abortions in the 1960s and said in 2009 that he knows abortion kills a human being, was recently at a book signing in Washington, D.C., where he offered his assistance in helping a woman seeking a late-term abortion.

In his book, We Choose to: A Memoir of Providing Abortion Care Before, During, and After Roe, Boyd tells the story of operating abortion businesses alongside his wife and co-author, Glenna Halvorson-Boyd, a counselor.

I was listening to a radio interview with an expert physician representing abortion. He was talking about the abortion law in Australia. I could not believe what he was saying but moreso how he was saying it like it was a matter of fact and talking about something everyday like a tonsils op.

He spoke about the different methods being chemical, medical as in the standard evacuation of the fetus. I fyou could call it standard. But the last one shocked me which was induced labour. Then I thought at what stage. Is this like inducing something that looks like a baby into a bucket or something.

Then he said all women have a right to any abortion for any reason. I did not5 realise it was like that. Obviously the specialist will discuss that reason and ensure the women is not doing it for the wrong reasons. I would hope so anyway. But if the women insists then she has a right no matter what the reason.

Then I though surely even if you are a pro abortionist there has to be some situations where its not the right thing to do as a society. I understand the basis for pro abortionists is the right to bodily autonomy and I agree with this truth principle. As humans we have the right to autonomy and volition.

But my reasoning was more about a higher principle that we as a whole were breaching that may have an affect on how we see things. How we may value life. I notice at the same time abortion is being pushed more than in the past, more dogmatically coincides with other ideas like Euthenasia becoming more popular and other ideas like Trans affirmative care which destroys kids bodies and lives.

It seems to me life is already being devalued as a consequence of progressive ideology. I think people have become more callous and narcisstic towards each other and its all about 'my rights trump all other rights'.

I guess if you don't believe in God or a god and all that existed was purposeless matter that went to nothing then what can be regarded as worth is what those people decide within that world. Humans are the gods and determine what is right or wrong.

But as we know with sin we reap what we sow. The heart is hardened and professing to be wise they became fools.

What will be interesting is that it seems as science improves we are finding some pretty interesting discoveries that point to God or something beyond that doesn't fit with the material worldview. Such as in cosmology with the JWT and agency in evolution. But it will be interesting if science does discover evidence that the fetus is always life and theres no way to disconnect the stages.

We know the entire code for a baby born is in the DNA and that comes from the parents. We are finding that the fetus can feel pain, have a heart beat at 5 to 6 weeks and by week 12 are forming fingerprints. So as we discover more its going to be hard to deny theres something special about a fetus.

The problem is the idea of my rights before all else is based on pride and no one is going to admit this. Its ideological. That is why the language is softened and made out to be a normal part of society. A right in fact that is above even the possible life of a human person made in Gods image.
