A Prayer For Angry People

And don’t sin by letting anger control you.
Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry,
for anger gives a foothold to the devil.
—Ephesians 4:26-27​

Father in Heaven, Let us pray for people who are afflicted with anger, suffering from anger issues, and cannot find joy and peace on their own. We pray for their [healing] and salvation if they have not yet found Christ knocking at their door, that they will see beyond sinful pride, and humble themselves before the LORD, to repent and follow Jesus. We pray they will turn to God that they may find eternal and abundant love, peace, joy, and redemption in Christ Jesus. May God's will be done. In the name of the Prince of Peace. Amen.
