    taking turmeric helps a lot with inflammation, helps my joints moved much better, hope it is a help. Needs a little black pepper with it to dramatically increase it's effect.

    Great round, the 38 special, very good point about the spray. I would still want really good ear protection indoors. Reading up un Richard Kuklinski, he said he shot once in a vehicle, the concussion and noise was horrible, could easily blow out the ear drums. best wishes
