I've seen a lot of church videos with a lot of really, really bad lighting, but I appreciate how this one initially made me think I'd be watching some purported satanic ritual. Usually, it's just some annoying blue and pink wash on the upstage wall.
Also, am I the only one who read the headline and thought it was about Trump? Is it about Trump? I didn't listen to enough of the video to see who he was talking about.

It simply means that only those who can be trusted not to spill the beans are entrusted with such info.
It is old, goes way back to Jacob, it explaines the following;
