Recent analysis of the video seems to indicate that Trump's ear was cut by an agent's gun when they tackled him. That's not to say that a bullet didn't pass close to his head; the attempt was real. But the cause of the bleeding is certainly up for debate.

I think that perhaps the DOJ/FBI failing to charge Rep. Matt Gaetz with numerous crimes, eventually revealed in the Ethics Committee report, is what I consider to be the biggest scandal.
As for the others? Investigating allegations? Well, as we know, when the House Oversight Committee looked into those allegations they found--no surprise--nothing.
Not calling the NOLA attack a "terrorist event?" Let's give them 24 hours, won't we? Better they act prudently than announce completely false information which could be harmful (for example, saying that the crime was committed by an immigrant who had crossed the border.) When emotions are high, and people are searching for a "reason," incorrectly pointing a finger at immigrants (for example) could result in angry people taking out their anger on them--for no reason.
Trump called the Mar a Lago raid "illegal," but let's face it: they took pains to do it when it was closed and empty. They had legally executed warrants. They had exhausted all legal means--subpoenas, etc.--to get back the classified and highly classified government-owned materials-and the former president refused to comply. No scandal there--just a false narrative.
But Matt Gaetz' crimes should not have been ignored. To think that he could have (shudder) become the Attorney General--except for the prudent concerns of the Senate.

I chose the Richmond memo for at least being a molehill.

But the IG's report is interesting in re "Defendant A", who inspired the document.

Only because he himself exploited his being "shot in the head" on his merchandise and propaganda. I wouldn't say it was important but it is another lie constantly repeated for partisan purposes.

That said, I am truly glad the gunman didn't hit Donald.

One thing that should be on the list is the sheer number of bogus FBI whistleblowers.
