But the Byzantine Rite Catholics (at least all of them I am aware of) do celebrate the Feast of St. Gregory Palamas on the Second Sunday of Lent, just like the Orthodox. Perhaps before Vatican II they did not; in Ukraine there is the Priestly Society of St. Josaphat which is allied with the SSPX, and which aims to preserve the pre-Vatican II Ukrainian Greek Catholic liturgy with its various Latinizations.
