You haven't...we both agree on what Hur said, I quoted him multiple times referring to Biden's wiped memory...both in 2017 and 2023.
Tell me how I mischaracterized him?

I read post 6...and pointed out that context matters. We aren't talking about Joe forgetting great grandma Biden's recipe for pecan pie....these are classified military docs about Afghanistan lol. We're talking about a federal crime that he's so mentallly enfeebled he won't be held accountable for.

Still not why Hur declined to prosecute.

No you repeated the same summary over and over.
It's pretty obvious you had no idea just how many times and ways Biden's mental deterioration was mentioned.
Take your own advice and read the report next time.
Edit- here's a tip, when you read the document, you can search for words, and memory is brought up no less than 23 times as a reason not to prosecute. It's not that they didn't find docs, they did. It's not that those documents weren't shared, they were. It's the fact that Biden's mind is gone.

AKA the context that you admit is important, but you completely disregarded.
Sure, he mentioned Biden's failing memory, but not in the way you dishonestly characterized him as doing. He also mentioned why he decided to decline to prosecute, and Biden's memory wasn't the reason.
I've read it all. Which is why I quoted it, to show what you dishonestly misrepresented when you "paraphrased."

Because I paraphrased. It's a very long report...and I'm not impressed with you quoting the only section reported in most news articles.
He mentioned it 23 times....repeatedly, as the reason he wasn't prosecuting. If Biden had a functioning brain...it stands to reason that he would be prosecuted, but he can't remember what day of the week it is.
