I think he's correct though. Either she was unaware, which shows her lack of being able to pay attention and she wasn't trusted enough to have been made aware or she wax aware and either just let it go or she was helping to run things.

Either way it shows negligence or incompetence. Kamala isn't a good candidate. That's why she got 0 delegates.

From watching and observing her laughter
i believe it is a programmed response while the mind searches for an answer .
Like a i have no idea how to respond so lets break the ice with a laugh etc .
It almost appears to be an automatic response by the mind in order
to create a distraction , an appearance to be in control , while its racing out of control
to find some kind of response . Its almost also like a tatic . It aint working if you ask me .

You have to watch the video clips in a whole .
Sometimes she has laughed because she thinks something is funny
but often if we examine longer clips on many occasions
its a dry empty laughter as the mind desperately either wants to avoid the answer
to said question or is desperately doing so while it searches for an answer to said question .

The day and hour NO one does know . but the signs of the times are all around us my friend .
When ye shall SEE these things come to pass then KNOW it is nigh even at the door .

Its a laughter in many cases because she is thrown off and has no answer .
I have seen , for example , her laughter come out of left field when nothing was said that was funny or etc.
That is a self inflicted response , a deer in the head lights for example , IT FREEZES
because that is the only response it knows . that is kinda what i am trying to explain about her .
It can be used also as a tatic . but she dont really know how to use it as a tatic
because as i said she laughs at some of the most oddest times , at times .

Kamala is not as slick as other politicians who easily know how to distract and twist and change the direction of the topic .
She has only this as her defense .
Politicians like biden , WELL in his earlier days and i have to say a whole mess of other politicians
knew how to twist things better and how to avoid questions they dont like .
Kamala seems to lack this tatic or ability as well .
IF folks were wise enough , however , they can quickly stop this tatic .
THE KEY IS if they do not answer it , you quickly show them the rabbit trail they try and go down
and DO NOT let the conversation continue UNTIL that question be answered .
GET an answer . You would be amazed at how they will walk away empty handed
But first they will typically go into the OPPRESSED MODE .
for example they make you seem as the oppressor and they as the victim .
NOW why do you THINK they do this .
Because they cannot go around the simple truth one brings
and have no way of proving the response as false and thus
its VICTIM card time , lets make them seem as either racists , a bigot , a hater
and this DOES work and has worked on a lot of society
because society has well been trained YA JUST DONT want to appear as such .
But guess WHO it dont work on , ME . but that is why i do have many enemies .
They cannot overcome what is said , and i dont play along with the poor me victim card
i stay right on cue and keep with the question at hand . SOMETHING we better fast learn to do

You don’t have to live near the border to be affected by the mass immigration and it’s not just the poor who are struggling. It’s not a bootstraps problem when inflation drives prices up to the point you can no longer afford the basics.
