    its because the medication gives u a little bit of a crash. just put ur head down a little bit, dont go to sleep because that will make it harder to concentrate later, but just rest and take a break , drink some coffee and u will feel better. but it seems to be strongest for me in that 1st hour...

    medication can definetely help. do not be afraid of medication. ive taken adderall for about 6 -7 years since i was 11 or 12 and havent really had many negative side effects besides some weight loss and loss of appetite
