  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Jim Banks Calls for Passage of SAVE America Act to Require Proof of Citizenship to Vote

Nearly every social-service (government) agency, where I ever saw a real, live human being, at some point would ask if i would “like to vote”, in an absolutely neutral tone/manner, i do not know if this has occurred in the last decade, (for me), and i kind of wonder if this still occurs?

    Trump's Big Beautiful.....Gold Ballroom

Nice to see “columns“, classy design, it’ll look swell. I trust Trump’s real-estate sense, he’s brilliant here. It’ll be big and ostentatious and fitting for the new world order coming up. The Nineteenth Century Politics II, “Let’s us fight!”. Welcoming heroes back from the front in this...

'Dawson's Creek' star James Van Der Beek dies at 48 after colorectal cancer battle

What!? The richest Nation in the history of the Earth has a health care system with nineteenth century roots, but we don’t need to rely on that paradigm no more! (Excepting we got this Great Big Military Presence that we’ve used in the past to enforce “our will” and “defend friends” and we’re...

NY Fed report says Americans pay for almost all of Trump's tariffs, water is wet

You’re not “new to politics”, I know, but this is like 102 politics…the reason that you place tariffs on good is to encourage manufacturers to locate on the “home shores”, feed our kids!, and when they do bend to that (artificial) market-force they will have to deal with the President and his...

NY Fed report says Americans pay for almost all of Trump's tariffs, water is wet

Are we assuming that his “watch” is over 20 January 2029, 12:00? It’s possible if it’s 2030, somebody will have built a shell of a building and tout that there’s going to be jobs, jobs, jobs! and Trump can claim victory. He only wants a “win”, it doesn’t need to be a ”good win”. He’s playable.

Far-left group with foreign ties undermining US under guise of protest, report warns

While I contend that many people in my (Boomer) generation have been adversely affected by by inhaling the tetraethyl lead fumes from those massive behemoths of the 1950s, this shouldn’t be taken as any sort of “argument” per se. After watching our parents and grandparents fight two world wars...

Far-left group with foreign ties undermining US under guise of protest, report warns

Well if it’s “existential” on on side it’s obviously existential on the other! (Or such is the political “wisdom” these daze!)

Encouraging honest democracy by making it laborious and difficult to vote

Nah, let the States keep their own Laws. (The States will already be ceding their rights to set the qualifications of the electorate, in this tiny, small way and most will just “go along with it” until the same principle is used to tell states when they can open and close their polls, then the...
