    Although I can see where you're coming from, I don't think it's necessary. If I was going to eat broccoli, brussel sprouts, or cauliflower, then maybe I'd steam them. I just don't eat those three foods. As far as other leafy greens like kale or bok choi, even chard, I've never felt adverse...
