    Dr. Kim's IQ makes sense if we consider these two truths: 1) Dr. Kim has had perfect scores on several high-range IQ tests 2) Dr. Kim's IQ scores make most sense using his native country's standard deviation of SD24. Therefore, C) Dr. Kim's IQ score of 276 is legit.

    Thing is, he gets perfect scores on his tests, so they use SD24 instead of SD15.
