I think they can pass a law doing so if the person is here under Temporary Protected Status (TPS) or Deferred Enforced Departure (DED).
And it would almost certainly get tossed by the courts.

Type 3 are generally modest people, no way would they lie to look better.

Trump is on record saying he could shoot someone and still get votes, and he meant it. He said only he can make America great, and he means it. He tried to get Pence to violate his oath to the Constitution so he could remain president. Thousands of people have been traumatized went to prison and even died all because of his lies and he shows absolutely no remorse and is willing to do it again. He's Clearly psychotic.
I'm talking about Enneagram type 3, they are all about image, think Arnold Schwarzenegger .

None of the enneagram type 3's explains Trump's condition. When did Arnold get thousands of people hurt or killed because of a lie, show no remorse, and was willing to do it again?

Type 3
Unhealthy Levels

Level 7: Fearing failure and humiliation, they can be exploitative and opportunistic, covetous of the success of others, and willing to do “whatever it takes” to preserve the illusion of their superiority.

Level 8: Devious and deceptive so that their mistakes and wrongdoings will not be exposed. Untrustworthy, maliciously betraying or sabotaging people to triumph over them. Delusionally jealous of others

Level 9: Become vindictive, attempting to ruin others’ happiness. Relentless, obsessive about destroying whatever reminds them of their own shortcomings and failures. Psychopathic behavior. Generally corresponds to the Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Arnold is a healthy 3. He has still been somewhat narcissistic and did some things that cost him his marriage

I qualified my meaning in post 303 ---> Thousands of people have been traumatized went to prison and even died all because of his lies and he shows absolutely no remorse and is willing to do it again. He's Clearly psychotic.

covid 19? Though not sure that counts as a lie, definetly badly handled. Though might the mask comments count as lies?
You blame Trump for Covid deaths? More people have died under Biden are those deaths on him?

One person was killed by a police officer doing something that Trump did not tell them to do

given that covid didn't fully hit untill 2021 it's not a surprise, but remind me who attacked wearing masks, remind me who downplayed the virus and acted like it wasn't going to be a big deal. I don't blame him for the deaths covid caused itself, I blame him for the stuff he did to make the pandemic worse.

Malignant Narcissism is diagnosed in these traits I put forth. Please note taking pleasure in being able to manipulate others and delusions of people trying to bring them down, which ultimately amounts to becoming disconnected from reality.

These are malignant narcissist traits:

  1. Grandiosity: To be honest, I’m just more important than other people.
  2. Callousness: I really don't care if I make other people suffer.
  3. Manipulativeness: I'm good at making people do what I want them to do
  4. Hostility: I am easily angered
  5. Suspiciousness: Plenty of people are out to get me
  6. Deceitfulness: I often make up things about myself to help me get what I want
  7. Irresponsibility: I'm often pretty careless with my own and others' things.
  8. Risk-taking: I have no limits when it comes to doing dangerous things.
  9. Restricted affectivity: I don't get emotional
  10. Impulsivity: I usually do things on impulse without thinking about what might happen as a result.
  11. Attention Seeking: I love getting the attention of other people.

Like operation warp speed, getting all the ventilators that were needed, things like that?
And unless you're wearing an N95 those napkins people were wearing were useless.
It was Fauci who first told us not to wear masks, remember?
Do you blame him?
Yeah he changed his tune later but the damage was done if you believe masks work

Are you a psychologist or psychiatrist? If so have you personally had a meeting with Trump so you could properly evaluate him?

Yeah, sorry but all the data shows that any mask helps, try again. And that was early on before all information came out once it was shown to work they did, trump was still saying that long afterwards.

Yeah how dare fauci go with science, vs trump that never backed out on it.

Those masks are like trying to stop a mosquito with a chain link fence. If you don't have an N95 you are fooling yourself. Look at what medical staff wears

I'm not a psychiatrist nor a psychologist. The information is from a website that educates victims of malignant narcissism. I have seen that there are psychiatrists that have written articles on Trump and narcissism, but I have not read them.

I didn't support Trump in the primary. I thought he had no chance of winning the general election. He won the nomination because people feel that he was unfairly prosecuted. The more charges the higher his poll numbers went.
He has made many mistakes that would end the candidacy of most politicians but it doesn't hurt him.
His supporters still support him.
I didn't think he would be competitive in the general election but it's virtually a tie.
No matter his faults the country will be better off with him than with Harris.
