Hey all :)

Just my thoughts on what has transpired in this tread- while I understand the concern for anyone who doesn’t believe in Jesus for our salvation - to me there is not much difference in someone who openly professes they don’t believe in Jesus compared to the millions who claim they believe, but do not follow His will or teachings. Christ said He can work with someone who is hot or cold, but the lukewarm He spits out Rev 3:15. Jesus came to save the lost, which is us all, so lets not give up on anyone. :)

I have a question for @Slibhin as an Orthodox Jew- do you keep the Sabbath and if so, how do you keep Sabbath if you don’t mind me asking. Also, does it interfere with being a professional model and if so, how do you handle that . Thanks.

Here’s a great question to ask @Slibhin

The Book of the Law is comprised within Deuteronomy 10 - Deuteronomy 31:26, per some guy named Moses.

Of all words contained within those passages, if I would like to “Keep the Law” in reference to being saved… which ones can I pick and choose. :p

@Slibhin knows her Torah, very well. She may be able to shed some good info on that question.

I read and study the Bible for myself - I asked the question I was interested in hearing about. You are free to ask questions directly to the OP on things you want to know, no need to go through me. :)

When Jesus comes all decisions have been made and our fates sealed Rev 22:11

The time to listen to the Holy Spirit calling us out of rebellion is TODAY Heb 3:7-8 we don’t know what tomorrow brings. Psa 119:160
I left a hint to an earlier discussion in post number 149. It was added in spoiler format.

You haven’t been on many theological debate sites if that level of discussion upsets you.

Being sincere here. Christian Forums is very excellent at keeping harsh dialogue kept to a minimum.

I believe you have thicker skin than pulling up your stakes and kicking the dust off, over a little exciting drama… tell me I’m wrong!

I’m fully expecting you to tell me I’m wrong, make me feel ashamed and work me over with intelligent dialogue that makes me rethink life. My Mom was Jewish by blood.
Oh okay so you're also casting aspersions on me and not a sincere actor. I also do not appreciate you implying I think anyone is a swine or other vile nonsense. Buh bye.

Was that post to you? No

You don’t believe that “the mark of the beast” is attending church on Sunday, do you?

I actually was hoping that you would get my mention of you and explain how the Law is inseparable.

I know that the entire Book of the Law goes from Deuteronomy 10 - Deuteronomy 31:26… but some Christians actually believe that it can be chopped up and simplified.

I was genuinely asking for your exposition on the matter.

I’m even more aware that Torah/Law actually spans Moses, or Genesis to Deuteronomy… but I was trying to keep the scope a bit smaller.

Sorry that I offended you. Please enjoy dialogue here. I’ll leave the thread.

I assure you that I wasn’t insinuating that towards you, yet understand your statement.

No jokes… I’m very sorry. I’ve enjoyed what time we could dialogue.

All Love in His Name to you.

Do you have an idea how often I, Jews in general, get accused of attacking Christians/hating them/being prejudiced? You may think you're being humourous but I have to take it seriously because people, even on this thread, are chomping at the bit to attack me just for being who I am. Please be more mindful on how what you say could reflect on me and Jews in general.

I won't be able to post again until Tuesday night.

I assure you, that was towards a fellow Christian that believes Christians that don’t keep the Sabbath will be dammed.

I know that you depend on the Entire Torah to keep close to HaShem and have come here to respectfully dialogue, banter and have fellowship.

I don’t hold anything against that Christian, either, but was challenging them to search their Christian books more strenuously, in a very round about way.

I’m glad you will be back, Tuesday.

Act 23:6 But when Paul saw that half of them were Sadducees and the rest Pharisees, he said in the Sanhedrin, Brothers, I am a Pharisee, and the son of Pharisees: I am here to be judged on the question of the hope of the coming back from the dead.

Why do many Christians dislike the Pharisees so much? Without rigorous logical Pharisee education (from Gamaliel), it is impossible to produce rigorous logical Paul theology. Paul never gave up his Pharisee identity and Hebrew name "Saul". No Western theologian can surpass the peak of Paul's theology and can only develop on his foundation. Yeshua(Jesus)and Saul (Paul) are both certified Rabbis.

People forget about Nicododemus When Yeshua expresses warnings to “the Pharisees”, Christian’s take it to be a blanket statement, instead of a specific statement to a specific collection of people that were Pharisees.

What is also intriguing is that people forget this… Luke 2:21-24

I’ve had conversations with fellow Christians about the fact that Yeshua wasn’t a “Christian”, but a Judaism practicing Jew. It kind of shocks some folks.

I'm sorry that you have to go through that I guess in some way people expect so much from Jews. But I don't know why their expectations aren't met because mine are
