Since becoming a vegan I haven't felt more vitamin deficient. But I try to be safer than sorry about it like B12. No doubt as vegans we get plenty more of the other vitamins. Least I hope so lol, my diet doesn't vary much but what I eat daily seems varied. I've been in auto-pilot being vegan, I haven't done as much research or have remember as I should. What symptoms do you notice when needing B12? I think being vegan is like being Christian, it's all different way of life to people. Many of them even having the truth are stuck in their own ways. Certain foods and habits aren't easy to change especially 180 degrees from bunch of animal products to none. I remember how alien it was before and thought it was impossible also extreme. Now not so much, but I got there in phases which helped. Not too sure about mixing God and veganism. I agree originally He had us eating vegetation and it was later we were given animals for food. I could be incorrect but even before we ate animals we were given dominion over them and could be used for work (e.g. tending the land). Wow I didn't know that about pigs, never thought about animals sweating lol. Other than that they're supposed to be intelligent, more than dogs who're considered man's best friend. Yes, I would like that. I don't know any vegans offline. Thank you for the considerations. :)
