My opinion and in experience is that these public school teachers care on the surface but truly don't put forth the effort in helping kids that need it.

I don't think what was in place was helping in that area. Any idea on the amount of a voucher, personally I really dislike our public schools (mainly the admin) and would relish in putting our kids in a private school.

Not at all, do not presume what I will think. It may seem far fetched but I do use critical thinking with these types of subjects. It is why I think the way I do.
