Seemingly you are misapplying those verses - if all human beings were unworthy of faith and trust, I guess you would have to just mark out Ephesians 5:21, or Hebrews 13:17, or Eph 6:1, or Collosians 3:20, or John 13:34-35, 1 Pet 1:22, or Eph 5:22 out of your Bible...... It must not be that these verses you cite disqualify ALL human beings. Otherwise it would negate the very essense of what His Spirit would cause you to do. His Spirit creates submission to other human beings, whicn necessitates trust and faith.

Hebrews 13:7 -
Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the result of their way of life, imitate their faith. (Trust, emulating, following - it would be pretty hard to follow this command if you were to trust no human being)

1 Peter 2:18 -
Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the unjust. (Most would reason that an unjust master is not worthy of following and trusting...... Maybe Peter had it wrong?? Of course not. Only those who have their own life cannot trust)

It seems the conclusion of not trusting ALL other human beings is only an option for those who don't trust what the apostles (human beings) said in Ephesians, Hebrews, Collosians, John, and 1 Peter..... But there are those we SHOULD trust, but find it hard to. This reveals what we must surrender in order to trust Him completely. Come to think of it, there isn't much written in the Bible that wasn't written by a human being, led by the very Spirit of the Creator....... SO how could we disqualify those who speak on His behalf (1Pet 4:11)? If they do speak by His grace and faith, we would do well to put our trust in them, and imitate them.

1 Cor 11:1
Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ

Phil 3:17-21
Join together in following my example, brothers and sisters, and just as you have us as a model, keep your eyes on those who live as we do. For, as I have often told you before and now tell you again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ.

There is only One who can save, but all who have been saved by Him are worthy of submitting to (Ephesians 5:21) and trusting, if indeed they are brothers and sisters, of the same stock and family of God. May it be that submission to one another would undo the works of division and mistrust that are so rampant. Acts 2:42 says they were devoted to the fellowship and teachings of the apostles, the very human beings that declared the words of eternal life to them. Where else could they go, and who else could they trust, except those who cared for their souls as a shepherd keeps their flock (Hebrews 13:17 and John 6:68)?

Loving others and obeying those in authority over us and following the example of another Christian who is following Christ is not the same as putting our blind trust and loyalty and devotion in other humans. Human beings are never to be our gods. God is always to be our only God, and he is the one we are to follow. And we are to be those who test others and who test what we hear against the Scriptures. But far too many people are following after other humans and they are blindly putting their trust in them when so many of them are not following the Lord.
