Surveillance video backs up the workers claims that white workers were ignored by officers, and the Latino workers were insulted and in some cases brutalized.
Class members would receive a total of $550,000 under the settlement.
The United States would also be required to pay $475,000 to six individual plaintiffs to resolve claims including excessive force and unlawful arrest, as well as $150,000 in attorneys fees and expenses.
Advocates say the biggest victory is a letter from ICE confirming they violated the classes rights.
