Not only is God able to deliver your husband, he is WILLING. He doesnt even have to be a believer for his healing. Many examples of Jesus healing involved most if not ALL who came to him got healed of many kinds of diseases. Now, how many of these people do you think were born again believers...

You definitely can tell when someone has gotten their revelation from a personal walk with God, and when they are merely repeating Christian cliches like a parrot. That's fine (and even encouraged) with new believers of 2 yrs or less...but there comes a time to eat directly from his table...
