Hi everyone, I've been on the site for a while but just found this forum today. I think I've now read enough information to give myself an amateur diagnosis of having an anxiety disorder. A lot of people mention not leaving their houses, whereas I have trouble accepting the safety of my own...

I totally needed to read that. I'm still feeling fairly anxious at the moment, I think it only got worse since I got married because I am afraid that I'll lose my wife, but knowing that there's light at the end of the tunnel and especially that my anxiety isn't a sin is invaluable. Thank you...
