Ballroom Mostly Tango, Foxtrot, cha cha cha, Waltz, salsa and Samba. But my Fav would have to be Tango.

I have been learning Salsa and swing for almost a year now. I think the best thing to do is just start and work on the basics. All the dances in ballroom starts off fairly easily with the basic steps for beginners, and then starts to progress more once you start to get the hang of it. I say...

I dance for myself. To make myself feel free and let lose. Over the pass moths I have started dancing it has changed me by building up my self confidence more each day. I am happier when I am out there dancing.
