I am disabled and have Chronic Pain / RSD / CRPS. I only have the use of one arm/hand, and am in constant pain. I try to handle the pain by taking my mind off of it. For example doing one of my "hobbies"

Drawing, Sketching, Writing short stories/novels/poems, Taking pictures of sunsets, Keeping up with my online 'groups', Bible studies at home, Reading, & Listening to music.
