"Then will they become Gods...they will never cease to increase and to multiply, worlds without end. When they receive their crowns, their dominions, they then will be prepared to frame earths like unto ours and to people them in the same manner as we have been brought forth by our parents, by our Father and God.” - Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses 17:143

"As our Father and God begat us, sons and daughters, so will we rise immortal, males and females, and beget children, and, in our turn, form and create worlds, and send forth our spirit children to inherit those worlds, the same as we were sent here, and thus will the works of God continue, and not only God himself, and His Son Jesus Christ have the power of endless lives, but all of His redeemed offspring." - Orson Pratt, Journal of Discourses 14:242

"...A man and his wife when glorified will have spirit children who eventually will go on an earth like this one we are on and pass through the same kind of experiences, being subject to mortal conditions, and if faithful, then they also will receive the fullness of exaltation and partake of the same blessings." - Joseph Fielding Smith, Doctrines of Salvation 2:48

"To live in the highest part of the celestial kingdom is called exaltation* or eternal life. To be able to live in this part of the celestial kingdom, people must have been married in the temple and must have kept the sacred promises they made in the temple. They will receive everything our Father in Heaven has and will become like Him. They will even be able to have spirit children and make new worlds for them to live on, and do all the things our Father in Heaven has done. People who are not married in the temple may live in other parts of the celestial kingdom, but they will not be exalted." - Gospel Fundamentals, Chapter 36, pg. 201

Go ahead, please tell me how planets and being gods/goddesses are NOT part of your doctrine.

Is that official lds scripture?

No, I would have said it was scripture if it was scripture. It is an officially published essay, which does a really good job explaining this concept (like I said). Rather than me just reciting something parallel to it, it seemed more prudent to refer you to an official document on the matter.

Ah, then the hypocrisy creeps in...

All of the OP's quotes can be found in lds sanctioned material, published on your lds website, and/or some or all of it taught in "official" lds classes. But because it's not "official scripture", you put up that wall rather than discuss or refute the OP.

Not walled up at all. Rather she was given officail material which addresses the matter thoroughly, but including with scriptural verses.

The scriptures include The Bible, The Book of Mormon, The Doctrine and Covenants and The Pearl of Great Price. These are canonized scripture. Everything else is like adding commentary on them. Admittedly on rare occasions our commentary has been more man made speculation than God given inspiration, we see though a glass darkly. BUT we have not shut the door on God and told him no more, we wait for further light and knowledge as we become worthy to receive more.

The hypocrisy is subjects are taught (like in the OP) which are not found in your "official scripture", yet are on your "official" website and in your "official" teaching manuals. Is your church teaching false doctrine?

Now you are being unreasonable.

Ya know we don't have preachers who go to preacher schools and learn to spit out Evangelical doctrine.

She took fallible quotes out of context (no offense, it's super easy to do), and asked for clarification. I gave her context, a thorough official explanation of things, and with scriptural references included. OP thoroughly addressed.

There's plenty of scripture in the explanation I linked. Did you read it?

Can you point to any quotes of this in LDS scripture, which is viewed as infallible? Non-scripture is not infallible.

It doesn't have to be in scripture. In scripture Heavenly Father isn't married.

What blessings await those who live worthy of exaltation? (Godhood, having all things subject to them, having angels subject to them, having all power, living with Jesus.) Point out that just as Jesus Christ was promised all that the Father has, we can also receive all power and dominion, becoming creators of other spirits and other worlds.
Young Women Manual 2, (1993), Lesson 29: Exaltation, p.110

“We educate ourselves in the secular field and in the spiritual field so that we may one day create worlds, people and govern them.”
The Teachings of Spencer W. Kimball, ed. Edward L. Kimball [1982], 386

“Each one of you has it within the realm of his possibility to develop a kingdom over which you will preside as its king and god. You will need to develop yourself and grow in ability and power and worthiness, to govern such a world with all of its people."
(Spencer W. Kimball, “… the Matter of Marriage” [address delivered at University of Utah Institute of Religion, 22 Oct. 1976], 2).
Doctrines of the Gospel Student Manual, (2000), Chapter 10:The Purpose of Earth Life, 27–29

LDS scripture is viewed as "infallible"? Where can I read that in an official statement from the church?

Also from the Gospel Fundamentals manual:
