Braided hair is not holiness.

1 Timothy 2:9 in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing

Proverbs 9:13 A foolish woman is clamorous;
She is simple, and knows nothing.
14 For she sits at the door of her house,

16 “Whoever is simple, let him turn in here”;
And as for him who lacks understanding, she says to him,

Proverbs 2:10 When wisdom enters your heart,
And knowledge is pleasant to your soul,

Proverbs 3:5 Get wisdom! Get understanding!
Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth.

Love her, and she will keep you.

Therefore get wisdom.

Proverbs 7:10 And there a woman met him,
With the attire of a harlot, and a crafty heart.

Her feet would not stay at home.

Proverbs 27:6 Wounds from a friend can be trusted,
but an enemy multiplies kisses.

Titus 2:1 But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: 2 that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; 3 the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things—

4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.

1 Timothy 5:13 And besides they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house, and not only idle but also gossips and busybodies, saying things which they ought not.

1 Thessalonians 4:10 and indeed you do so toward all the brethren who are in all Macedonia. 12 And we labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure; 13 being defamed, we entreat. We have been made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things until now.

14 I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you. 15 For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

16 Therefore I urge you, imitate me. 17 For this reason I have sent Timothy to you, who is my beloved and faithful son in the Lord, who will remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach everywhere in every church.
