Major Revamp of CF Homepage

I've basically made the CF homepage less cluttered, and arranged forums under 2 main collapsible headings:

For All Members

For Christians Only

The headings are in COLOR and will show up in the navigation bar at the top of a every forum or thread so that members can easily identify which forum is open to them and which one is not. :)



Under each main headings are different categories, and their forums.
Hopefully this makes the homepage easier to read. :)

Note our the following updates:

1. Changed from Christian to Open Category: Regional

2. New Open Category: Entertainment

3. New Christian Category: Musicians

4. A few new forums here and there - check the announcement forum.

This bears repeating because this feature was requested many times, and I've finally done it.

Also, you can COLLAPSE the Christians-only section or the Open to all section if you wish. :)

I like the fact that each subforum takes a smaller footprint, but I miss being able to see if there are new posts in the subforums I frequent. It should easier to navigate in the long run though.
