Wanting submissions: Mormon icon

There has been an influx of Mormon/ LDS members lately. They are obviously welcome here, like any other members.

In order for such members to be easily identifiable, I am looking to add a specific Mormon icon to our list of Faith Icons.

Can the Mormon members attach a few examples of icons they would like represent their faith?

Can the Mormon members attach a few examples of icons they would like represent their faith?The Salt Lake Temple is a dead giveaway or a picture of the BofM / gold plates.

I would shy away from an icon such as the current prophet or Joseph Smith as that might imply we worship them, which is not the case.

Are you asking that ALL LDS members use an avatar or icon that identifies them as Mormon?

Do a regular reply to a post, or quote a previous post in this thread.

Then when you scroll down past the message area, the post icon area, and the first set of submit reply/preview post/spellcheck buttons is an area called "Additional Options."

There's a button there that says "Manage Attachments."

When you click that button, a pop up box shows up.

Browse where on your hard drive the picture is. Then hit "upload."

When you have the picture(s) all set up...hit "Close this Window."

Then submit reply. :)

Rather than Mormons using "Other-Religion" or "Other-Church", they can use the Mormon icon that they choose for themselves.

Mormon's or LDS are Christians, who should use the Christian icon. They believe in Jesus Christ from the bible, and all of it's teachings and it's absolutely ridiculous the way most you people act towards them, constantly battling about their faith!

There are different icons for the other various Christian faith. Mormons aren't being singled out here.

Unless you're suggesting that Baptists, Catholics etc. aren't seen as real christians because they have separate faith icons?

No your right. I happend to come aross this right after I got done reading a thread about Mormons not being Christians.. (Which is not true) but anyway..

Houstan we have a problem!


My Miscellaneous Options box only has 3 options and manage attachments isn't one of them.


Do I got something screwy going on in my user CP?

Your right. It isn't you. notice the posting rules at the bottom of the page. in this particular forum is say "you may not post attachments"

I've fixed it so that you can upload attachments now. :)
