What is OCD?
Guess I'm getting confused with OED - Oxford English Dictionary.

Whenever you see the word "passions" substitute "OCD". It's chronic among us.
Hopefully we will learn to subdue the passions during our four Lenten seasons, as that it the intent of the Holy Fathers.
St. John Climacus (St. John of the Ladder) was an authority on the passions.

You're a fast poster!

Doesn't the OCA read his canons during the first week of Great Lent?

I don't know much about how the OCA works. So St. John Climacus was an authority on the passions? Good to know. I'll look into his work soon, thanks.

Yes, thanks, I'm not in the OCA! However, St. John's book is invaluable also during Great Lent.
