This is a 31-volume work in Latin that is a record of the councils of the Church that includes various letters to and from the early popes, etc.

I also understand it even has a detailed account of "The Robber Synod" of Ephesus in 449 (the Latrocinium).

Does anyone know if it exists in an English translation somewhere?

Does the Library of Congress have the Latin edition even?

Its full title is "Sacrorum Conciliorum nova et amplissima collectio" (31 vols., folio, Florence and Venice, 1758-98).

I'd guess that it'd be highly unlikely to be translated into english. Considering that not even all of Augustine is in english yet I can't imagine that rather obscure conciliar writings would be....

Mansi's Sacrorum Conciliorum is the record of the ecumenical councils of the Church and a standard reference work. Its contents are not "obscure."

Just the same, you may be right about the existence of an English translation.
