All of them, last time I checked ;)
OK, with regard to the New Testament, this was pretty much settled by 393 AD at the Synod of Hippo in north Africa, though Saint Athanasius had given the same list in 367 AD. Hippo was confirmed at Carthage in 397 AD and contains exactly the same books you are familiar with.
The Old Testament is a bit different and there are actually a few different Canons in use. At its basis however is all the books in the Septuagint, the Greek translation of the Hebrew scriptures. Ethiopian Jews, to this day, still use the Septuagint as their scripture. The Septuagint contaings the following books:
Genesis
Exodus
Leviticus
Numbers
Deuteronomy
Joshua
Judges
Ruth
1 Kingdom (1 Samuel)
2 Kingdom (2 Samuel)
3 Kingdom (1 Kings)
4 Kingdom (2 Kings)
1 Paralipomenon (1 Chronicles)
2 Paralipomenon (2 Chronicles)
1 Esdras (not included in RC or Protestant bibles)
2 Esdras (1 Esdras in RC bible, Ezra in Protestant bible)
Nehemiah
Tobit
Judith
Esther (Esther is missing parts in the Protestant bible)
1 Maccabees (not included in Protestant bible)
2 Maccabees (not included in Protestant bible)
3 Maccabees (not included in RC or Protestant bibles)
Job
Psalms (151 in number)
Proverbs
Ecclesiastes
Song of Songs (Song of Solomon)
Wisdom of Solomon (not included in Protestant bible)
Wisdom of Sirach (Ecclesiasticus in RC bible, not included in Protestant bible)
Isaiah
Jeremiah
Lamentations
Baruch (not included in Protestant bible)
Letter of Jeremiah (included in Baruch in RC bible, not included in Protestant bible)
Ezekiel
Daniel (includes Song of the Three Children, Susanna & Bel and the Dragon)
Hosea
Joel
Amos
Obadiah
Jonah
Micah
Nahum
Habakkuk
Zephaniah
Haggai
Zecariah
Malachi
4 Maccabees (in appendix)
The Ethiopian Orthodox also include 1 Enoch, which is quoted in Jude, and Jubilees. I can't remember the others.

Enoch chapters 61-105 (http://www.nazarene.net/enoch/1enoch61-105.htm)
(I do not endorse the hosting site OK ;) )
BTW I can't really take too much credit for the above post. Most of the work was done for me by Mr Thomas Ross Valentine (http://www.geocities.com/trvalentine/orthodox/scripture.html). If you've never looked over his site, I recommend you check it out.

Believe it or not, I actually found it in the bargain bin at my local Walden Books.
I think I paid ten bucks for it.

Thanks John - and thanks for your help on some of the other posts.
Perhaps you could start a thread on the differences between the Eastern and the Western mindset? I think that this is where our differences really lie. We look at theosis and Holy Communion as the way to theosis and union with God.
Yours in Christ our God,
Elizabeth
