I'm Irish and have found much love in my church among the Serbs there. I have also been enriched by reading their history.

Actually it is not wonderful at all :D most of my friends and me want to get out of Egypt and immigrate to EU or USA but the immigration is nearly closed after September 11. :cry:

LOL! Mickey! I understand! In all actuality I was an Irish citizen with dual citizenship in the US. When I was old enough I made my home here too....although I still love my homeland :o I'm glad I don't live there even these days! (Northern Ireland). My dad had American citizenship so that's the only reason I got "in"...
Thanks for the links...I am always interested in learning...the other day I read that Ireland, my homeland, was evangelized very early by seven Egyptian monks....that gives me a feeling of great gratitude to your country!

Analipseos tou Kyriou (Ascension of our Lord)
Thessaloniki, so quite naturally it is Greek :D
We also go to Saint Menas (he was Egyptian) which is built on the site where Paul first preached to the Thessalonikians.
