In no particular order, here are just a few:
Genesis 3:15 (ESV)
I will put enmity between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and her offspring;
he shall bruise your head,
and you shall bruise his heel."
Genesis 15:6 (ESV)
And he believed the Lord, and he counted it to him as righteousness.

[19] He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was as good as dead ( since he was about a hundred years old), or when he considered the barrenness of Sarah's womb. [20] No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, [21] fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised.
Hebrews 11

O Lord my God, in you do I take refuge;

but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe.
Proverbs 30:5 (ESV)

Isaiah 26:3 (ESV)
You keep him in perfect peace
whose mind is stayed on you,
because he trusts in you.
Isaiah 57:13 (ESV)
When you cry out, let your collection of idols deliver you!
The wind will carry them off,
a breath will take them away.
But he who takes refuge in me shall possess the land
and shall inherit my holy mountain.
Jeremiah 39:18 (ESV)
For I will surely save you, and you shall not fall by the sword, but you shall have your life as a prize of war, because you have put your trust in me, declares the Lord.' "
Matthew 21:21-22 (ESV)
And Jesus answered them, "Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea,' it will happen. [22] And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith."
Mark 9:23-24 (ESV)
And Jesus said to him, "If you can! All things are possible for one who believes." [24] Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, "I believe; help my unbelief!"
Luke 7:50 (ESV)
And he said to the woman, "Your faith has saved you; go in peace."
John 11:25-27 (ESV)
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, [26] and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?" [27] She said to him, "Yes, Lord; I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who is coming into the world."
Acts 3:16 (ESV)
And his name—by faith in his name—has made this man strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.
Acts 13:48 (ESV)

Acts 26:18 (ESV)
to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.'
Romans 1:16-17 (ESV)
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. [17] For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, "The righteous shall live by faith."
John 6:47 (ESV)
Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes has eternal life.
John 20:29 (ESV)
Jesus said to him, "Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."
John 20:31 (ESV)
but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
Acts 10:43 (ESV)
To him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name."
Acts 15:11 (ESV)
But we believe that we will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will."
Acts 20:21 (ESV)
testifying both to Jews and to Greeks of repentance toward God and of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 3:20-28 (ESV)
For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.
[21] But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— [22] the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: [23] for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, [25] whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. [26] It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
[27] Then what becomes of our boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? By a law of works? No, but by the law of faith. [28] For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.
Romans 4:2-8 (ESV)
For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. [3] For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness." [4] Now to the one who works, his wages are not counted as a gift but as his due. [5] And to the one who does not work but trusts him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness, [6] just as David also speaks of the blessing of the one to whom God counts righteousness apart from works:
[7] "Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven,
and whose sins are covered;
[8] blessed is the man against whom the Lord will not count his sin."
Romans 4:20-5:1 (ESV)
No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, [21] fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised. [22] That is why his faith was "counted to him as righteousness." [23] But the words "it was counted to him" were not written for his sake alone, [24] but for ours also. It will be counted to us who believe in him who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord, [25] who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification.
[5:1] Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 10:9 (ESV)
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Galatians 2:16 (ESV)
yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.
Galatians 3:10-11 (ESV)
For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, "Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them." [11] Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for "The righteous shall live by faith."
Galatians 3:25-29 (ESV)
But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian, [26] for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. [27] For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. [28] There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. [29] And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise.
Philip. 3:9 (ESV)
and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith—
1 Tim. 1:16 (ESV)
But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life.
1 John 5:5 (ESV)
Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
1 John 5:13 (ESV)
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God that you may know that you have eternal life.
Ephes. 2:4-10 (ESV)
But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, [5] even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ— by grace you have been saved— [6] and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, [7] so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. [8] For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, [9] not a result of works, so that no one may boast. [10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
2 Tim. 4:7-8 (ESV)
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. [8] Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.
Hebrews 10:35 (ESV)
Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward.
Hebrews 11:6 (ESV)
And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
1 Peter 1:5 (ESV)
who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
1 Peter 1:7 (ESV)
so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
1 Peter 1:9 (ESV)
obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
1 John 5:4 (ESV)
For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world— our faith.
Deut. 31:6 (ESV)
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you."
Psalm 55:22 (ESV)
Cast your burden on the Lord,
and he will sustain you;
he will never permit
the righteous to be moved.
Isaiah 41:10 (ESV)
fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Habakkuk 2:4 (ESV)
"Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright within him,
but the righteous shall live by his faith.
1 Tim. 4:10 (ESV)
For to this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.
Hebrews 11:1 (ESV)
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
John 6:29 (ESV)
Jesus answered them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent."
Mark 16:16 (ESV)
Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

hello theo,
I tried to call you last night, but didn't get you (on your cell, just cause I have it memorized) Did you here I'm recruiting Scarth?
I'm doing some research for my dad, and didn't want to rely on just my list, so I thought I'd turn to the experts here, and you too, of course.

Sorry! The cell phone is off and is in the car! I always forget to turn it on...
He didn't tell me that. That's cool, though! He did say they might be heading to Florida (if there is anything left!) due to the wif going after her doctorate, and that we better get to the panhandle and see their house before they go!
Do you need anymore quotes?!
I'll still get y'all my "one, catholic and apostolic church" response one of these days. We're getting ready to sell the house and have been busy as heck (will be tomorrow, too!).
