Revelation 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 17:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
There are several ways that a person can understand these verses.
1) That as the book of life is written these people included in the book do not wonder or worship the beast.
2) That the book is complete and all the people found not written in the book will worship the beast, therefore it is too late for them and the offer of salvation.
3)Every name is written in the book of life from the foundation of the world and if they do not get the covering of the blood of Yeshua on their sins then they will have their name moved to the book of the dead, they will worship he beast.
I believe the Day of Atonement (reality experience - feast fulfillment) is the catalyst between what is in the book of life and who is in the book of the dead.
