Just for fun!
Find out what theologian you are:

James sez (a proud pansy http://www.christianforums.com/images/icons/icon14.gif Christian!):
You are Desiderius Erasmus!
You have great love for others and will do just about anything to show it to them. You are tolerant and avoid confrontations. You are more quiet and reserved in front of strangers, but around some people you open up. When things get tough, you like to meditate alone. Unfortunately you often get things like "what a pansy  ," or "you're such a liberal  ."

Find out what theologian you are:
"You are Augustine!
You love to study tough issues and don't mind it if you lose sleep over them. Everyone loves you and wants to talk to you and hear your views, you even get things like "nice debating with you." Yep, you are super smart, even if you are still trying to figure it all out. You're also very honest, something people admire, even when you do stupid things."
my fiance would definitely agree with the last line! heh... ;)

Well, doing my best given the choices available, it put me with Augustine. I've certainly been called worse. :)

I do not know:
You are Martin Luther!
Yeah, you have a way of letting everyone know how you feel, usually with Bible quotes attached, and will think your way through the issues, although sometimes you make no sense! You aren't always sure of yourself, and you can change your mind about things, something you actually consider a strength. You can take solitude, especially with some music.

You are Karl Barth!
You like your freedom, and are pretty stubborn against authority! You don't care much for other people's opinions either. You can come up with your own fun, and often enough you have too much fun. You are pretty popular because you let people have their way, even when you have things figured out better than them.

Erasmus is the guy that was a reformer of the Catholic faith, that never left the Catholic Church. He had little bouts with Luther over free will stuff. Mainly he wanted reform but not badly enough to seperate, he avoided confrontation.

You are John Wesley!
When things don't sit well with you, you make a big production and argue your way through everything. You complain a lot, but, at least you are a thinker and not afraid to show it. You are also pretty liked by people, and pretty methodological about your life and goals. You know where you're going. Some people find you irritating, so watch out for people leaving you out of things they do.
Wow sometimes these things can be pretty dead on. I think I am less gung-ho than that but my loving wife thinks it's dead on. I guess those that have debated me would probably say the same thing. Anyway I take it as a compliment.

Apparently I am Augustine, those of you who read my debates do you agree, if so why or why not?
"God will not suffer man to have the knowledge of things to come; for if he had prescience of his prosperity he would be careless; and understanding of his adversity he would be senseless."
You are Augustine!
You love to study tough issues and don't mind it if you lose sleep over them. Everyone loves you and wants to talk to you and hear your views, you even get things like "nice debating with you."
