This day, 3 years ago America experienced its first attack on continental soil. However; the target was not military bases or anything of the like, but you and I, the average American. 2996 people have been reported dead, 319 of which were fire fighters and 50 police officers. Please pray for all those directly and indirectly affected by this tragedy, for those families and friends whose lives will never be the same. Please use this thread to voice your prayers and or thoughts concerning 9/11.
Visit: http://www.september11victims.com for a complete list of ALL victims confirmed dead amongst numerous statistics.

May God bless these unfortunate people with just a moment of peace.

PS: What does this have to do with Lutheranism? We are all caring people gosh darn it! :)

I agree with the sentiment you express here.

One note of correction:

This day, 3 years ago America experienced its first attack on continental soil.

In the War of 1812 the US experienced its first attack on continental soil.
