Allow me to ask....
Can you define G-d in one word?

How about two?

fifty?

a thousand?

Hebrew is a descriptive language. Each name has an associated meaning. The "name" of G-d is really a description. How many words, or 'names', does it take to describe G-d?

Shalom,
Yafet.

I kind of looked at the names of God as more like "roles" just like a person has different roles through life ( spouse, student, teacher, sibling ect.) so does God have different characteristics.
