I know that i should know this, but what is the meaning of koliva?

I think it can be one of 2 things. Either a food served for memorials (I found sone recipes for it). Or, there is a memorial tray called a koliva. For more info on the second definition, go to: http://www.saintdemetriosrr.org/members/memtray.shtml
