Anyone successfully use a blech on Shabbat?

fyi...
for those who don't know, a Blech is a warming pad used on Shabbat so that those who observe the halacha not to use fire or cook on Shabbat can keep their food warm.

Why would I? I've got a microwave oven ;)

Well, of course if you were Ultra-Orthodox, you wouldn't use electricity on Shabbat either....
thus the necessity of a Blech becomes evident.

I don't yet.
We do prepare all our food before shabbat. And we do not turn lights, stove, oven, computer on or off once Shabbat has started.
We are just about at the stage of our growth that a blech would actually be a blessing, allowing us to have warm food during Shabbat. That is one reason I am asking if anyone has used one??
I found this site that is rather detailed and may be a bit confounding but has a lot of detail in it:
The Dos and Don'ts of Re-heating on Shabbat (http://www.asbi.org/ReHeatShabbat.html)
These are the standards of only one community but are based on tradition and Halakah.

and of course varies depending on which form of Judaism you submit yourself to ;)
